I visited the Cutuk Beaconsfield site this Thursday. The lady there was professional and helpful and after coming back to have my haircut the same day, left super pleased. The cut was great and after explaining what I wanted the cut was perfect and exactly what I asked for. I will be revisiting regularly as the experience was enjoyable but also easy. I rarely know my schedule one week to then next and having the ability to walk in and have my hair cut within the hour was great and I can highly recommend to others.

I was looking for a Christmas miracle after a” haircut horror” at a local barber!!!! and that’s exactly what I got at BSG Amersham. I was lucky enough to get Mario who really who really worked hard to put my hair right offering a slowly but surely plan to get my hair back to what it was. This guy is one seriously good cutter and I honestly don’t know how to say thankyou enough. BSG are true professionals and can count me in as a regular customer from now on. Thank you so much to Kez @ Gt Miss branch who helped me out of a massive hole this morning when my usual hairdresser unfortunately had to cancel, just before a night out. No doubt somewhat out of practice with girls, he did an absolutely fantastic lady-crop from a photo off the internet. I am delighted and will be back! Not every woman wants to book a 3hr balayage 6 weeks ahead! Us busy pixies would love to be able to walk in for our 20min crop when time allows like the blokes do!! Thanks again!

Always receive a warm and friendly welcome from the team in Marlow. From the moment I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile, and having been a regular visitor for a while now, it’s always a pleasure to be looked after by them. Big shout out to Sai and Kanchi – who look after you from start to finish. For my colour and cut appointments, Sai is a legend when it comes to listening and dealing with my requests for my hair and Kanchi keeps my eyebrows looking sharp, I always leave feeling like a “new me” and feel so comfortable and confident during every visit. Have been going for some years here to Marlow as I don’t like the hours I would normally have to spend in other hairdressers and coming out with a very mediocre cut! I first found your Wendover shop in 1984 and since then have attended Great Missenden, Chesham (sorry to see it go), and now Amersham. Lock down occurred just before my planned visit and having not had a haircut since late January I am in dire need! Always friendly, always a great result. I would not go anywhere else.

I regularly go to the Barber Shop Group in Thame due to the friendly staff and the quality of their service. Yesterday I had Harriet, who took extra care in cutting and styling along with friendly discussions whilst doing it. I also had the great pleasure in being the first customer to have the nose hair removal service by June who also made sure I was comfortable (I was very surprised how painless it was!) – I will be returning again when my next haircut is due for sure.

I used Barber Shop at Chalfont St Peter, then Amersham for many many years. With only a single exception in that time I have always been very pleased with the service. I must say that this morning’s haircut at Amersham was probably the best I have ever had. I don’t know name of the lady who cut my hair and she said she is normally at another branch – but really great haircut and I actually drew comments on it from friends which is a first – so this is just to say thank you and keep up the good work.

Katie has cut my sons hair, my nephews and my Dad’s! She is always so friendly and professional. She is able to put the kids at ease if they are nervous which is important when cutting kids hair. Dad loves to see her for a good gossip. Her cutting is great too!

I used to use you in Wendover but now since moving have been using your Tring Barber Shop which is equally excellent. I needed an extra special carefull cut just before walking my daughter up the aisle in 2 days time on August 12th & I had left it almost too late but Dave at Tring came to my rescue and gave me a superb cut so that it wouldn’t show that I had only just had my hair cut! Just wanted to thank the team at the High Wycombe BSG, I have been a customer for many years and have always been impressed by the standard of the haircut and above all the wonderful staff. My normal choice is Natalie as she is so bubbly, great to chat with and above all does a great haircut… Yesterday I was in a rush and Nat was on her day off, I had my hair done by Sucki (new guy) very experienced and did a brilliant job, June was on hand to make sure everything was spot on, she was absolutely delightful to chat with and is without doubt an ambassador for the company as are all the staff at H/W. Both Ali & Davio are a real credit to the Chesham branch, I have been a customer for over 2 years and on each occasion they have both demonstrated an eagerness to please their clients with engaging conversation, a bit of healthy banter, which is needed to create an engaged team. the store always looks great, clean and well cared for. Ali runs great branch and should be recognised for this. Please do not turn this branch into a corporate machine, individuality will always win.

I would just like to say that every visit to your Chesham shop is a delight. Alison is, as always a joy and brightens an otherwise regular day. From the minute I arrive I am greeted with a smile and assured that it won’t be long until I am in the seat. This is where the experience begins, you are made to feel relaxed and in more than capable hands. Alison knows exactly how I like it cut and remembers every time, the whole way through the cut you are reassured with questions on the progress and satisfaction of the cut. Worth every penny and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

There are several places to get your haircut in Tring but I keep coming back the the barber shop. I like the way my hair ends up and I don’t mind if I have to wait a bit. It’s a busy shop and a bit short staffed but the team do their very best and always provide good service. Guess that why it’s so busy! Keep up the good work.

I’ve been going to the BarberShop group for about a year and I’m always more than satisfied with the cut I get and quality of the service. After using other barbers in the past and being less than impressed with the constant inconsistency of the haircut I switched to The BarberShop Group after a recommendation from a friend and I get the great same results no matter who cuts my hair.

I recently had my hair cut by a trainee (named Bogdana) at the High Wycombe store and she also did a fantastic job. She was supervised by a manager to make sure she kept up with the standards of all employees, which only goes to further my confidence in them. I would highly recommend.

Had another excellent haircut today in Wendover, where they’re getting used to accommodating a dislocated neck, and was particularly impressed by both the tidiness of the shop, and the way customers arriving quite late in the day were still greeted warmly and made to feel welcome.

I had my eyebrows threaded by your amazing colleague and I was very impressed with her professionalism and her patience and understanding of what I wanted. Just wanted to send a message as have been super impressed, firstly got my hair trimmed initially in September / October, plus colour tested… then lockdown mk 2, popped in just after lockdown ended as I really wanted my hair coloured and cut again… super lovely greeting, booked in, arrived today – super warm greeting, and very chilled atmosphere, and honestly your staff (Adam was looking after me, but the lady in the salon was super lovely too) are beyond fabulous, hair coloured, cut, and styled – and it looked/looks amazing, I just don’t have enough positive words, needless to say I will be recommending friends, and be back myself!

Went into the amersham for the first time since lock down. Was greeted by the best barber in bucks mario, who is always friendly, polite and a pleasure too see. Ive used verious arbers over the years but two years ago i came across mario and he doesnt cut hair like no other. He takes his time when he can and can transform a mop into a stunning piece of work. Mario is just the best at what he does. The struture in the shop works really well, chairs outside if people want to wait and the shop cleanleness is being well maintained. Highly recomed. I’ve been using your Marlow branch for the last 8 years or so, and without exception I ask for Kate each time, as she makes every visit feel like my first. Her skilled hair cutting, merged with her quick wit and relaxed demeanour, (even when busy) never ceases to amaze me. I have been getting my hair cut at the Barber Shop Group for over ten years. People obviously have come and gone but I have always had my hair cut exactly how I asked in a nice atmosphere at a convenient location. Louise is a top laugh and has been there for a long time. Whilst I don’t mind getting my cut by any of the staff the real star is Mr. Dry Wit Chelsea supporter (we all have our problems) Nour. He does an outstanding job every single and is especially skilled with the cut throat razor on the side burns. Top Barber, top place place to get the do done. Thoroughly recommend.

Had my hair cut yesterday in your Beaconsfield shop – the young lady’s name has eluded me, but she was very courteous and engaging. She was especially attentive to the scar I recently acquired on my head and took care not to further aggravate the area. The final result is a good looking haircut – we have used this shop since arriving back in the UK two years ago and have always found the staff friendly, the service good (if you avoid Saturday mornings when it can be a little jammed). You might need bigger premises soon!

I have been to Cut.UK in Beaconsfield many times and each time has been a real pleasure. I saw Paula today for highlights on very short hair, with a longer quiff at the front. Having recently bleached my whole head peroxide white, I was a tad nervous as my roots were dark and the ends pure white. Not a problem for Paula, who talked me through what she was going to do in a very friendly and professional manner. I was happily seated reading the latest magazines with a coffee and biscuits while my highlights took. I am delighted to say that I am overjoyed with how good my colour looks. I can highly recommend CUTUK they do a brilliant job, are friendly and knowledgable and do you want to know the very best bit? They are very sensibly priced so having your hair done doesnt have to cost the earth and they are open on a Monday. Result, what’s not to love!! Five GOLD stars from a very happy and dare I say discerning client.

I normally have my haircut at your Wycombe Barbershop however lately I have been going to your Princes Risborough shop. I find all your staff really chatty, professional and above all a good haircut. This morning at 09.10am I rushed in for a trim, Mary was let loose on my hair, what a great girl, straight to the point, chatty and cheerful and obviously enjoys her job.
